  • Is this your own offering or are you acting for others?

    We are not offering a product for anyone else – we are fully approved and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (no. 622190) and you can find us listed on their register.

    We, and our insurers, are both full members of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme which provides you with peace of mind and protection.

  • Who are your insurers?

    Our insurance capacity is secured with a leading international insurer who has extensive knowledge and experience in the latent defect market and has been instrumental in providing capacity to some of the warranty providers.

  • How does your offering compare with your competitors?

    We are offering a best-of-breed product, backed by our own technical and insurance expertise, which allows us to provide the protection and peace of mind to meet the individual needs of each client and project.

  • Why do I need to be a member and how much will it cost?

    Registration is free to anyone associated with the construction industry who join our membership scheme, either as a full or associate.

    We do carry out a vetting of applicants. But this is a one-time simple exercise and is not applied to each individual development.

    One of the main benefits of being part of our scheme is the freedom to choose when and how to use us with no additional fees and enables us to pre-risk assess and offer the best possible price.

  • Who will carry out the inspections?

    Our inspections are carried out by our experts. These qualified individuals have been highly sought in the warranty market over the past few years. By focusing on our own offering, you will have the peace of mind that you are in the very best hands.

  • What can I expect from my warranty surveyor?

    You will be appointed a dedicated surveyor, who will contact you and agree a schedule of inspections.

    Together you will agree an inspection programme, totally bespoke to your project and individual needs.

    You will receive an inspection agreement clearly outlining the responsibilities of both parties.

  • How can I get a quote?

    In the first instance, we can offer premium indication by answering a few simple questions.

    To offer a formal quotation, you just need to complete an application and membership registration form.
