With responsibility for overseeing the delivery of exceptional performance, you will effectively lead and manage a regional team. Ensuring all surveyors are fully equipped (both technically and professionally) to deliver in their roles, you will be required to share your knowledge and experience whilst driving consistency and standardisation in expectations, policy, process and approach across the Group. Chartered membership of a professional institution (MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB) and substantial post-qualification experience within a building control role is essential.
