Projects where work has not yet commenced
We understand that prior to the Company entering into liquidation your initial notice was cancelled so a new initial notice could be provided by another Approved Inspector.
Projects that fall under the remit of the Local Authority
We would advise that we are currently working with the Company’s software provider to obtain a full report from the Company’s records to enable us to provide this information to the Local Authority. This information should provide everything the Local Authority will require in order to complete your project. We hope to be in a position to provide this to the Local Authorities shortly.
Monies paid to the Company
In relation to any deposit/inspection fee you have paid the Company, please note that the Company in liquidation is not in a position to return this and you are therefore a creditor of the Company for such amounts. In this respect, whilst we are in the early stages of the liquidation, we anticipate that there will be insufficient funds available to enable a dividend to the creditors of the Company. Should this position change, we will of course contact you further.
Should you have any queries in relation to this matter, please send any communication direct to email@example.com.
